Ako po ay labis na nagpapasalamat, una sa ating Panginoon at pangalawa sa CMD na pinamamahalaan ng kumpanyang Health Code International. Laking pasasalamat ko po sa ating Panginoon sapagkat ginamit po niya itong CMD upang maging katuwang sa mabilis na paggaling ng aking mga karamdaman, gaya ng DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, at higit po sa lahat ang aking bukol sa leeg sanhi ng GOITER.
Sa tulong po ng CMD ay naging normal ang aking blood sugar at blood pressure. Noon pong September 14, 2006, ako po ay nagpacheck up sa isang Infirmary dahil sa patuloy na paglaki ng bukol sa aking leeg. Laking gulat at pasasalamat ko dahil nang ako ay i-biopsy ay maganda ang naging resulta at sinabing hindi ito malignant, subalit ito ay kinakailangang maoperahan upang matigil ang mabilis nitong paglaki. Ayon sa aking doktor kinakailangan ko pong maghanda ng P40,000.00 para sa operasyon at sa halagang iyon ay hindi pa kasama ang bayad sa doktor at mga magiging katuwang nito.
Umabot ng January 2007 na hindi po ako nakapagpaopera dahil na rin sa kakulangan sa pera. Sa kabutihan ng Diyos, sa isang pagtitipon sa aming simbahan ay naroon ang isang anak ng Pastor na aking kaibigan, at dahil sa batid niya ang aking kalagayan, sa araw din iyon matapos an gaming gawain ay ipinakilala niya sa akin ang CMD at siya ay nagkaroon ng Product Demonstration. Sa mga sumunod na araw ay di ko na muli siya nakita, kaya ako ay nagpasya na pumunta sa opisina at doon nakinig muli sa seminar. January 15, 2007 nang ako ay nag umpisang gumamit ng CMD at sa tuloy-tuloy na pag inom, makalipas ang ilang buwan napuna ko na lumiit ang aking bukol at noong August 2007 ay tuluyan na ngang nawala.

NORMA ESCOBER GEMINO STAGE 3 COLON CANCER
I am Mrs. Norma Escober Gemino, an Elementary Grades Teacher of Pontevedra District II in Negros Occidental. I am 59 years old married to Nataniel Brace and blessed with a son. In February 2006, I started to suffer from constipation and gas pains. I consulted internal specialists who recommended me to undergo “Barium Enema”, and the procedure offered me temporary relief. Shortly after that, I again suffered the discomfort of constipation despite my taking of all the medically-prescribed as well as herbal medicines.

Lately, in October 2008, I collapsed and was again confined in the hospital for the same reason, severe constipation. One night, I prayed to God to help me find an effective medicine or treatment for this chronic constipation, when suddenly it flashed in my mind to contact Mr. Roland “Nonoy” Magahin, my long-time friend whom I learned before to be the distributor of CMD.
When I met Mr. Magahin, I explained to him my condition and asked if CMD can give me relief from my chronic constipation. RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE FOLLOWED BY JUVENILE ARTHRITIS
At 2 years old, Cathleen Randal -had persistent fever, swollen knees, elbows and fingers- went to different Doctors-given different medicines to no avail.
At 4 ½ years old – given Ascripin ½ tablet 2x a day for 3 months. Followed by oral steroids 1 tablet once a day for 1 year at Medical Center in Dumaguete City which resulted to swollen knees and liver.

Both knees and elbows were very swollen and hard to touch. Both legs could not be stretched. Both arms were also contracted and impossible to extend and raise, fingers looked swollen and could not grip well. Neck had slight paralysis on the left side which made turning impossible and very painful, as a whole could not walk for 7 years.
Prescribed 5 drops CMD 3x a day for 1 week then 10 drops 3x a day thereafter. Had infected wound oozing with pus just above the anus, also swollen for 5 months before I saw her. I asked her mother to apply 1-2 drops CMD to affected area 2-3x a day. Prescribed also exercise regimen for the legs, arms, fingers, neck and back.
July 16, 2009 – NOW aggressive to move her extremities including the fingers and neck. Can walk with bended knees held by the mother around waist, can raise arms now, and can hold cell phone with one hand.

MAGDALENA SAMILLANO OF IRIGA CITY CAME FROM A FAMILY OF HIGH BLOOD!
I came from a family with a history of high blood pressure, heart enlargement and other complications. With these I have decided to give CMD a try for my mother who was back then suffering from heart enlargement and high blood pressure, because I fear to lose her since we already lost our father who died with the same disease. True enough, there is no harm in trying, my mother became healthy and we stopped visiting the hospital and same time have saved the cost incurred every time we need to visit the hospital. CMD was truly a blessing.
But it was on January 2008 when I have personally experienced the goodness and miraculous power of CMD. I was a typical businesswoman who suffers from business problem, but unknowingly I have already developed anxieties, emotional stressed and over fatigue. When we were in the bus terminal I felt so dizzy, suddenly I just lost memory and couldn’t remember anything, I still able to go to my office safe yet I was in blank and confused state then I just felt my tongue shortened that I couldn’t hardly speak well, I just caught myself stammering. My secretary observed my odd behavior and nervously gave me a glass of water with CMD, and then she massages CMD from my head down to my face. With her help and with CMD I felt relieved yet the problem is still cannot speak clearly and my mental capacity collapsed. On that same day, with my odd behaviors, my friends and my secretary decided to bring me to the hospital, and they actually brought me to a psychologist thinking that I have a psychological problem. There they found out that I got a high blood pressure reaching 200/140, the doctor advised them to bring me to a neurologist, because I was diagnosed to have neurosis or brain stroke. Following the doctor’s advised they immediately brought me to another hospital along the way they let me drink again a glass of water with 30 drops of CMD and massage the same to my head. Praise God that the stroke did not hit me bad. I was hospitalized for 3 days and have undergone series of emanations. I also received several doctors’ prescription that costs too much. I left the hospital following the doctors advised, yet my fear on the side effects that synthetic drugs may caused me, I have decided to drink CMD instead. Religiously I take it everyday, within two weeks I have observed improvement in my health, and I was able to go back to my old routines yet with extra precautions. I again visited my doctor for some consultation, she observed that I have recovered very well and she advised me to lower the dosage of the drugs she previously prescribed, which in fact I did not use.
